Wu Wei – pronounced "Woo-Way"
Wu Wei is a Taoist phrase which translates as effortless action. Wu Wei means action that does not involve struggle or excessive effort. The aim of Wu Wei is to achieve a state of perfect personal equilibrium and as a result, sustain an inner power and focus that is equally gentle, alluring and all-powerful. Wu Wei is represented as a circle.

The foundation of all our work is awareness; awareness is being present
and alert. Through active awareness, transformation takes place. Without
this quality, we can end up sleep walking through our daily lives. Modern

(blackberries, computers, ipods, mobiles etc). Wu Wei reengages people
by demonstrating what it means to truly live and effectively lead others.
